Profile and qualifications required:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in American vehicle sales
- A dynamic, respectful and positive individual with a strong team spirit
- Strong desire to succeed and achieve objectives
- Bilingualism and excellent communication skills
- A punctual, honest and autonomous individual
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Listen carefully to the customer's requests and needs
- Present models that meet the customer's needs and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
- Explain the sales contract, warranties and other relevant information to customers
- Exceed customer expectations and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
