Description

Ford Ile Perrot, a member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Consultant to complete its team.

Profile and qualifications required:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in American vehicle sales
  • A dynamic, respectful and positive individual with a strong team spirit
  • Strong desire to succeed and achieve objectives
  • Bilingualism and excellent communication skills
  • A punctual, honest and autonomous individual
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service
  • Listen carefully to the customer's requests and needs
  • Present models that meet the customer's needs and budget
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
  • Explain the sales contract, warranties and other relevant information to customers
  • Exceed customer expectations and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
