Your Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
- Carry out autobody repairs such as panel replacement, fenders and bumpers repairs, and structural frame work
- Operate frame straightening and welding equipment
- Grind, sand, fill, and shape surfaces for proper fit and finish
- Reassemble vehicles to factory specifications
- Work closely with estimators and painters to ensure seamless workflow
- Adhere to OEM and industry repair standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
What You Bring:
- Journeyman or Red Seal certification
- 5+ years of autobody experience preferred
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
